We were. That's why we founded Oculiance, an online community of eye care professionals.

We started Oculiance as a way for all of us to connect, to share advice and resources, and not reinvent the wheel.

To start, we've published a few apps. When you sign up as a member, you'll have access to all of them.

Oculiance was founded by a practicing ophthalmologist and has been developed by a community of eye care professionals, all of whom work directly in patient care. It is owned by Tardigrade LLC, a Connecticut company that develops the website and provides administrative resources. When you advertise on Oculiance, you support our mission of connecting and resourcing the thousands of people who care for the eyes of our families, friends, neighbors, and others in our community.

Joining Oculiance as a basic member costs nothing. If you are an eye care professional, we welcome you. We just ask that you use the site in a fair and professional manner, as described in our Terms of Use.

We do charge for some services on the site, such as posting classified ads. These charges support our operations and let us keep growing the website.
